Developed jointly by the Normandy Region, the Orne Departmental Council and the Flers Conurbation Community, this cluster of excellence has been home to leading industrial companies for the past 10 years, who have chosen to set up in a demanding, high-performance and exemplary eco-system of international renown. SHEMA would like to carry out a feasibility study for the solarization of its Normand’Innov site.
The need expressed is to obtain a decision-making tool for planning investments in solar energy, for the benefit of the companies located on the site.

Missions: – Verify the technical feasibility of photovoltaic projects for proposed buildings and parking lots in the study area.
– Estimate the technical feasibility of future developments on the basis of plans, integrated into Athénergie.
– Calculate financial indicators based on costs, estimated gains and project financing data.
– Provide SHEMA with clear, reliable and quantified information to assess the benefits of making these investments.
– Estimate the ecological benefits in terms of decarbonization of each project and of the overall program.
Propose the most appropriate individual or collective self-consumption scenarios.
