The Saint-Lô Agglo agglomeration community comprises 61 communes with a population of 76,127 (INSEE 2017).
Territoire à Énergie Positive pour la Croissance Verte (national call for projects) and Territoire 100% énergies renouvelables 2040 (regional call for projects), in order to combat climate change, Saint-Lô Agglo has committed to an energy-climate approach, a genuine sustainable development project that
two objectives:
-Mitigation: limit the territory’s impact by reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
-Adaptation: to reduce the region’s vulnerability.

Owner: Saint-Lô Agglo
Missions: – Creation of Cit’ergie indicators (with descriptions, data sources, etc.)
– Creation of a layer manager to display GIS data
– Creation of a solar cadastre
– Integration of GIS data such as land use
– Creation of a data import tool, in the form of a CSV file
– Creation of a “Visual theme selection” function
