HYDRéFLEX in Issy-les-Moulineaux: towards a sustainable and decarbonized neighborhood
UrbanThink is proud to contribute to the HYDRéFLEX project, an experiment deployed in Issy-les-Moulineaux as part of the Metropolitan Innovation Districts (QMI) program, led by the Metropolitan Area of Greater Paris and operated by Paris&Co.
Over 18 months, HYDRéFLEX aims to test concrete, innovative, and reproducible solutions to address the climate, energy, and social challenges of metropolitan neighborhoods.
🎯 Our objectives in the HYDRéFLEX project:
Reduce greenhouse gas emissions by leveraging climate and environmental data to identify leverage points for action,
Renature and de-seal the Val-de-Seine district with concrete solutions for adapting to climate change,
Engage citizens and local stakeholders in a collective and inclusive dynamic of transforming the neighborhood.
🔎 Our partners on this project:
H2X-ECOSYSTEMS – Specialist in decarbonized hydrogen (with Stéphane Paul)
Upstairs Stories & Strategies – Expert in energy uses (with Olivier Sellès)
EMBIX – Technical support for energy management (with Éric L’Helguen and Alexandre Capelle)
UrbanThink will intervene as a environmental data expert, to make visible the resources, local initiatives, user needs, and anticipate future uses of the territory.
💡 This project perfectly embodies our mission: to make data a lever for urban and collective resilience. With HYDRéFLEX, we reinforce our commitment to sustainable, inclusive, and resource-efficient cities.
🙏 Thank you to the Métropole du Grand Paris, Paris&Co, the City of Issy-les-Moulineaux, and all partners for their trust.
