After more than thirty years in urban engineering and project management, Gwénaëlle Carfantan founded Kintsugi-LowCarbon and then launched UrbanThink Platform® in 2021. She develops digital solutions and environmental digital twins that enable public and private actors to transform their data into action levers for decarbonization, climate adaptation, and environmental performance.
In particular, she leads ThinkCities®, dedicated to the environmental monitoring of territories, sites, and assets, and Athénergie®, devoted to the assessment of solar potential and self-consumption strategies.
President of the "Smart Aménagement" (Smart Planning) Commission of the Smart Buildings Alliance and co-author of the book Le Maire et son Écoquartier (The Mayor and His Eco-district), she speaks on topics of sustainable planning, climate strategy, CSR/CSRD, smart cities, and digital twins.
