Introduction
As part of the development of the ZAC Rouget de l’Isle in Poissy (10 hectares), Citallios, the developer and concessionaire of the operation, wanted to integrate an innovative digital approach to support the environmental and technical management of this urban project. UrbanThink has thus deployed the platform ThinkCities to transform the data from the ZAC into a readable and communicative strategic decision-making tool.
Issue
The development project of the ZAC required a comprehensive and updated vision of urban data: GIS information, environmental data, planning choices, CSR indicators… The fragmentation of data and the need to better value municipal actions to the citizens necessitated the establishment of a centralized, interactive system tailored to the challenges of public consultation and territorial performance.
Process
UrbanThink has implemented a dedicated instance of ThinkCities to aggregate existing data flows (GIS, environment, urban management). The tool has been customized to monitor the 6 main control themes defined by Citallios, while integrating features of enhancing municipal choices and citizen communication. Particular attention has been paid to the readability of the data and the tool's ability to facilitate coordination between services and partners.
Results
The ZAC Rouget de l’Isle now has a smart territorial interface, allowing for proactive management of urban and environmental issues. ThinkCities serves as both an operational monitoring tool and a strategic communication support to enhance the image of the city of Poissy and its societal commitments. An approach that combines management efficiency, public transparency, and urban innovation.
