Introduction
Located in the heart of the Breton maritime front, the Port of Saint-Malo, managed by Edeis, has committed to a sustainable modernization dynamic. To support this ambition, UrbanThink has deployed the platform ThinkCities to provide teams with a tool for environmental and technical management adapted to contemporary port challenges.
Issues
Edeis needed a cross-sectional tool to centralize its operational data, analyze CSR performance indicators, and improve the technical management of its infrastructures. The lack of integrated visualization limited the monitoring of lighting, energy consumption, internal mobility, and waste management, making decision-making more complex in a rapidly evolving context.
Process
UrbanThink has deployed its ThinkCities solution within the port area to build a dedicated dashboard for environmental hypervision. The developed use cases cover the areas of energy, mobility, public lighting, and waste. The personalized interface allows for real-time monitoring of performance, facilitating the implementation of CSR strategies tailored to the port context.
Results
Thanks to the ThinkCities platform, Edeis has a digital tool for monitoring and decision support, centralizing all key indicators of the Port of Saint-Malo. This hypervision improves the coordination of services, allows for prioritizing sustainable actions, and strengthens the CSR commitment of the manager in a logic of innovation in support of environmental transition.
